I am stay Malawi Taiwanese (Central Africa),The Malawi lake have a small fish (Usipa), the fisherman catch them in the night with light. After catch it people dry it on the beach or rock.THE QUESTION : after 3 days dry it ,people take the fish to sale to market , the fishes damage so quickly within 7 days. (Lake fish)\r\nSo Please as if Taiwan have very good dry the fishes experience in any island . Can teach me how to slove it . will be appreciation \r\n. \r\nBecause internet cannot type chinese ,answer it use Chinese. Thanks \r\n\r\nADD: 1. As if ,before dry it ,push the small fish in boiling water and salt(%) in water in short time,or push some madicine (Which medicine %) can keep long time \r\nno damage it).
