What do I have to do to get End Task, after pressing Control Alt Delete, to actually work? The window keeps opening telling me what I already know, the program is not responding. Clicking on End Task again simply opens another window saying the same, and never ends the task. Increasingly, it seems I to have to do hard shut downs before I can resume work.
