You can set Outlook to store your sent messages on your PC by going to File > Account Settings, select your account then click the Change button and More Settings > Sent Items tab. Finally, change ‘Save Sent items in the following folder on the server’ to Save Sent item in the Sent Items folder on this computer’. In earlier versions of Outlook this option can be found by going to Tools > Account Settings > Change > Folders tab.
